Terms of use

These terms govern your use of Entria (“the service”), a product of Funasmedia Limited (“we”, “us”). By creating an account, paying for an event licence, or using the desk or website, you agree to them.

The service

Entria provides digital guest lists, check-in tools, and related messaging features for social events and celebrations. Features depend on the package and add-ons you purchase for each event workspace.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate registration details and keep your login secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your organiser account and for helpers you invite.
• We may suspend accounts or events that abuse the service, break the law, or put guests or the platform at risk.

Event licences and payment

• Each private event workspace needs its own licence (and any SMS or e-invite options you choose).
• Fees are shown at checkout. Payment is processed by our payment provider.
• Licences unlock organiser tools for that event. Refunds, if any, are handled case by case according to the circumstances and applicable law.

Your content and guest data

You retain responsibility for guest lists, messages, and other content you upload or send. You confirm you have a lawful basis to collect and use guest details for your event, and that your use of SMS or email complies with applicable rules and the expectations of recipients.

You grant us permission to host and process that data solely to provide Entria.

Acceptable use

You must not use Entria to harass people, send spam, probe or attack systems, infringe others’ rights, or break Nigerian or other applicable law. See also our Code of conduct.

Availability

We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, connectivity, or third-party outages (including SMS or email providers) may affect parts of the service.

Intellectual property

Entria branding, design, and software remain ours or our licensors’. You may not copy, resell, or reverse engineer the service except as allowed by law.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided on a practical “as available” basis for event operations. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Funasmedia Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or damages arising from event-day decisions, third-party networks, or data you or your helpers enter incorrectly. Our total liability for a claim relating to an event licence is limited to the fees paid for that licence in the three months before the claim.

Suspension and ending use

You may stop using Entria at any time. We may suspend or end access where these terms are broken, payment fails, or we need to protect the platform. Suspended events may keep guest data so staff can restore access later.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Courts in Lagos shall have jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
