Code of conduct
Expectations for organisers, helpers, and anyone using Entria.
Last updated 2 August 2026
Entria is built for calm, respectful arrivals. This code sets out how we expect organisers, helpers, staff, and website visitors to behave when using the product or contacting our team.
Be respectful
- Treat guests, ushers, co-organisers, and Entria support with courtesy.
- Do not use the platform to harass, threaten, discriminate, or shame anyone.
- Keep desk and messaging tools focused on the event, not personal disputes.
Protect guest trust
- Only add people to a guest list when you have a genuine reason related to your event.
- Use SMS and email for legitimate invitations, updates, or thank-yous, not spam or misleading content.
- Do not publish or sell guest contact details obtained through Entria.
- Give helpers only the access they need, and remove them when their role ends.
Use the product honestly
- Provide accurate account and event information.
- Do not attempt to bypass payment, credits, suspension, or security controls.
- Do not probe, scrape, or attack Entria systems or other users’ data.
On the day
Check-in should feel welcoming. Desk users should handle guest names and codes carefully, avoid calling out sensitive details loudly where it may embarrass someone, and escalate problems to the organiser rather than arguing with guests.
Working with Entria
When you contact support or leave a review of our service, be truthful and constructive. Abuse toward our team may lead to limited support or account action.
Reporting concerns
If you see misuse of Entria, spam, harassment, or security issues, tell us at entrialive@gmail.com or through our contact form. We take good-faith reports seriously.
Enforcement
Breaking this code or our Terms of use may result in warnings, messaging limits, event suspension, account suspension, or referral to authorities where appropriate. We aim to be fair and proportionate.
Thank you
Most hosts already run thoughtful events. This code simply makes those standards clear so every arrival feels considered.
